I’m Kalsang Dolma, a Tibetan refugee who has lived in Parkdale since arriving in Canada in 2004.
I feel connected not only to Parkdale -- I feel a deep connection to all of Ward 4. High Park. Bloor West. Swansea. Baby Point. The Junction.
In these neighbourhoods, I see the kind of diversity and community that make Toronto and Canada such a special place.
